Where could I find some information on the foundation of Liberty Bay?

Hi!

I have been trying to find some lore on Liberty Bay and wasn't able to find more than its initial name was Summerhaven and King Tibianus conquered it. 

I am not trying to find something particular, just more information (or where could I find it) on the actual beginnings of the city.

I think a good introduction to the lore about Liberty Bay would be to read all of the city's NPC transcriptions. Below is a list of transcriptions of NPCs from Liberty Bay.
