How can I keep an Engraved Wedding Ring after a divorce?

Today after I divorced my friend my Engraved Wedding Ring changed into a Broken Wedding Ring. I seen people are having many wedding rings which are not broken. How can I keep my ring not broken after I divorce player?

You can keep your ring, but to keep it and not break yours, the person you are married with is the one who has to divorce so in that case his/her ring is the one who's going to break :)

well, a deleted character would result in the same outcome... Right? It is an action outside of the other part. So it should be fair to keep an engraved ring if the other char gets deleted. I guess.... hm.

My best guess would be marrying a char and having the char that you just married deleted.

EDIT: But I am not sure. This method makes sense in my mind at least. I can't imagine any other possibility.

You cant change the broken ring, the only way you can keep you Engraved Weeding ring is when u divorce, dont have it on your char, so u can put your ring on depot and divorce.

divorce in the game can make only one person, so if you have a ring with you - it breaks. if you leave it in the depot, the ring will still be shining. the partner's ring will also not broken.

I vote up for this answer because it's the one that is right. It's enough to put ring in depo/house to not get it destroyed.
