Question

Is it possible to block the spawn of the nomads, specifically, the nomads that appear on the desert between the Ankrahmun and Darashia during the mini-world change? 

Those are the nomad camps I have in mind.

I was trying to kill them for the bestiary and even during the rapid respawn they were not spawning again. So do they take so long to spawn in general or perhaps I was blocking them myself?

Last Rapid respawn I made bestiary for Blue Nomads (spot number 3). I don't think they are moving objects so you can try to lock them with chests.  Unfortunately, I noticed that they don't resp when you stand near them so I always stood a few sqm away and ran sometimes then. Despite the rapid responses are still slow and there are few.

Yes, if you stay on the respawn on them, they won't appear, that's why it is smart to put firebombs on their spawn, go away, and when you see in your server log that they are losing HP, go and kill them.

to be honest it was easier to wait next to, than to throw a bomb. With these monsters it's pretty annoying.
