Is it possible to still enter Festival of Initiates?

I remember that when I started play I could enter on this island. Is it still possible to enter there somehow on new character?

It is. To enter the Festival, player must:

  • Reach level 8 in Dawnport
  • Travel to Rookgaard
  • Talk to the NPC The Oracle 
  • Say you are ready to go the Island of Destiny
The festival of initiates is located inside the Island of Destiny and is designed to give players a chance to try their skills, so they can better choose their vocations.
