I'll start working in this bestiary soon and I want to know if anyone has done it and already knows the optimized route, so I can finish all the fastest way possible.

The place is quite big, so I'm assuming multiple routes are possible. Maybe we can have 2 versions:

  1. Best route on normal respawn
  2. Best route on rapid respawn event

Here is the map of the place:

You know you need to active this "raid" in order to have Renegade quaras there, right?
So first you Will have to kill a certain number of Seacrest serpients and then when you got your quaras, you Will go back to the Seacrest when you kill a certain number of quaras

Yes I am aware of that fact, thanks :)

The best trick for me when I'm doing the bestiary is marking the least common appearing creature on the mini-map. Say the least common quara there. After checking all the spawn and killing every quara on your way, the rout will pop up on its own after marking all of the spawns. Then you just need to try to keep to your mini-map marks and make some logical loops from one mark to another.

Oramond has variable spawn points, so your method won't work. Every time there will be different monsters there.

Personally I like to stick around the northwestern part of the map, because the monster density there seems to be a bit higher than in other area's of the map. There are several spots there with 4-6 Seacrests/Quaras. You can get there by taking the left portal, walking north and levitating down. During rapid I would go there too, but I would only do the area's with the best monster density.
