What is the best route to finish the Insane Siren bestiary faster?

Hello!

I have been trying to do the Insane Siren bestiary and besides the fact that the respawn is almost always occupied, there is not a ton of the creature in the castle, so I would like to know the best route to finish the bestiary and how much time would it take me (approx) as a RP 630.
