I have a Knight whom I train all three skills Axe, Club, and Sword. I just question whether or not I should focus on just one skill or continue doing all three skills?

According to tibia-stats:

A knight with a melee skill of 10 and 100% to go...

In order to get a melee skill of 80  in game you will have to train:
9 day(s) 3 hour(s) 5 minute(s) 46 seconds

While being offline you will have to train:
18 day(s) 6 hour(s) 11 minute(s) 32 seconds

If you add to this time, the time needed to regenerate your training stamina it will take you around:
36 day(s) 12 hour(s) 23 minute(s) 4 seconds

So u need more or less 110 days to make all skills to level 80, in this time if you focus on only one, you will get 91-92 skill.

In order to get a melee skill of 91  in game you will have to train:
26 day(s) 1 hour(s) 37 minute(s) 20 seconds

While being offline you will have to train:
52 day(s) 3 hour(s) 14 minute(s) 40 seconds

If you add to this time, the time needed to regenerate your training stamina it will take you around:
104 day(s) 6 hour(s) 29 minute(s) 20 seconds

So in my opinion it is better to focus on one weapon because although it seems that making 80 skills is quite fast, in the long run when making a single skill level takes months it is not worth wasting time, or focus on 2 skills and the third to skip, you can see that cipsoft tries to balance weapons with update to update by adding more clubs and axes

This is a great answer and i completely agree with it. The only thing i would add to this is the rare occassion when you have a very long lived character (10 years + or so) where you skill is already super high and the time to train your skill is very long, you might CONSIDER training another skill to give you the ability to use 2 different weapon types. But this is definately only the case for a few players

Of course a knight must focus at one melee skill, there are no reasons for train 2 or even 3 different skills.

I play as a knight since I started to play so I can say that's better focus in one skill. To choose what skill you'll train I think you should make some research about prices of weapons and the damage that you'll do.

Speaking for me, I play with club and think it's a good option to you.
