How do you organize your hotkeys?

There are many ways to organize you hotkeys, there are people who put the runes on the mouse, people who put the healing spells on the

  f1 f2 f3 f4, there are those who use only the action bar and how do you orgaanize you hotkeys?

So my friends inrl make fun of me when I play because my hotkeys are all over the place so I try not to lead by example, but these work for me and I'm a creature of habit and cannot change. I'm a druid who uses action keys, hotkeys, a gaming mouse and keyboard lol.

My gaming mouse has too many options but I have bombs on the mouse wheel when i click on that it uses the firebombs. I have walls, myself on sio, avalanches, exori frigo, blessed stake, obsidian knife, rope, magic rope, a shovel... i link these with my hotkeys so incase i change my hotkeys it links up.

On my action keys I have a little of everything attack spells, the essentials like tools, food, necklaces, runes, making rune spells, umm rust removers, equipments, enjoy lol I have a little of everything everywhere.

They used to be much better than there are now. My life changed after buying a mouse gamer with 12 keys... and after the update of the action bars, I don't use anymore the 'fs'

**Take in mind that I change my action bars in order to change the potion I'm using depending of the character I am in, and the attacking runes/spells depending of the creature I'm killing:

 

Instead I will tell what i got in each of the 12 buttons on my rp and on my mages:

I use 100% of my keyboard. So:
F1 - Exura vita
F2 - Potion
F3 - Runes to hunt, like avalanche for example
F4 - Utamo vita
F5 - Utani gran Hur
F6 - UH on friend
F7 - Exura max vita
F8 - Runes like poison bomb
F9 - SD
F10 - exevo gran vis lux
F 11 - Exevo vis hur
F12 - exevo gran flam hur

I use that way because is most important normally. But How master sorcerer has more hotkey, I started to use Num too:
/ - exevo gran mas flam
* - exori kor
- - exori moe
+ - exevo gran mas vis
Enter - next target

And how Im fight in war I use:
Insert - dwarven ring to run when I need
Pag Up - ssa
Pag down - Might ring
End - potion of utamo vita.

I don't live to use a mouse, and I prefer 100% keyboard, soo I feel better using this way.
