Is spawn of Ugly Monsters randomly?

Question

Ugly Monsters  are summoned by Bosses located in Cobra Bastion. I noticed that the Ugly Monster  appears at half the life of the boss. I spent few hours there so I can say for 2 hours I can kill around 23 Ugly Monsters  at night. I am curious whether the spawn time is affected by the number of people online on the server, the speed of killing the boss. (I have the impression that if too many people attack the boss, Ugly Monsters don't appear. Not sure if I am right).

Hi, Ugly Monster spawns randomly. Of course it depends of the people online how many monsters you will kill in 1h. If mini boss spawns faster then you have more chance to spawn ugly monster. But still it depends of your luck : )
