In Tibia there is a lot of books, but which exemplar is the oldest one? And what is it about?

I believe one of them is "Chronicle of Mintwallin I (book)"

However many books were added to tibia at the same time in the patches pre 6.0. Therefore, it isn't possible to pinpoint the "oldest" one as there isn't a singular oldest book.
