Exactly location for the boss Tiquanda's Revenge on all respawns possible?

Following FPoPP steps, where can I find Tiquanda's Revenge? I remeber it was much harder to find than Demodras for example, and Mandrake  used to be very expsansive before the introduction of Killing in the name of quest.

So which are the places we can find this boss?

 Tiquandas Revenge, It's the Carniphila's boss. It looks and behaves like a  Carniphila, but it is much stronger.

Location:

This is not a regular spawn.

• Deep in the Tiquandian Jungle, has been seen here, here and here.

• The portal to the boss for the special task is located here.

• The  Tiquandas Revenge always drop the  Mandrake and even if you killed it on their special task, you can kill it again on their regular spawns on the jungle of Tiquanda.
