What's the maximum magic level boost for Sorcerers?

Question

I'm sorcerer and on bosses I want the maximum damage possible, for that I want the maximum magic level boost possible.
So what's the top magic level set for sorcerers to get the maximum magic level boost? (amulet , boots , armor, book , helmet , wand , ring , potions , imbuements, spells, % loyalty)

If you use everything listed above (except for Terrorbird as most people don't use it regularly) you will have 35 additional magic levels. Potion cant be stacked with the food.

If you use mana leech instead of magic level on wand / rod it will be 28 magic levels. 

Don't use sorcerer Enchant Party as it will override mastermind potion and it's weaker. 

More boost is the loyalty system where you can increase your skills including magic level :

So for example you have 120 Ml base  and you have 1441 points of loyalty + 3-4 ML + 35 with the previous Items told so in total in this example you can go from 120 ML to 158-159

With terrorbird is 37? and what about loyalty? with the maximum loyalty + terrorbird how much can be the boost?

Mastermind and terrorbird don't stack so you would have 35, I have edited the answer to make it clear.

Loyalty depends on the number of points you have so it varies a lot, I don't know exact numbers how to calculate the increase.
