What is a good magic level for a new mage character to start hunting?

I'm starting a new character but I want to start hunting only when I got a good magic level, so for a new player, at what ML should I start hunting?

I removed the flag because it seems to me a reasonable question nowadays. Many players tend to leave a mage training magic level before starting any hunting. I also improved the question wording.

Evrrytime I create a new mage I use at least 2 excercise rods on It, to raise the mlvl to 45. This one is good enought at low lvls to heal and attack strong enough.

The ones I pretend to lvl Up to higher lvls, I wait to have mlvl over 75.
