What is the relation between Chor and Razzachai?

Chor is for low class Lizards and Razzachai for High Class ones... What are they relations?

The habbitants of Chor are Lizards and the habitans of Razzachai are Drakens, they looks similiar because the Lizards are parents of the Drakens, but is not the same race.

That's why their architecture have some similarities, also have a snakes as important part of the religion and they use it on decorations. But Razzachai looks different because Drakens have more similarities with the Dragons tham Lizards and it have influence on their culture, alsothey have the problem of the corruption and this affect not only the body and souls of the Drakems but also its buildings.

The Drakens race are an more advanced culture, so thats why their buildings looks better and more planned with more floors and details.
