Why did the Gamemasters (GMs) disappeared?

In the past we saw this people but no more, what happened?

I guess you mean GM, as CMs (community managers) do still exist. There's even been a recent addition to the CM team: Skerio.

So, if you are referring to GMs (Gamemasters), they became no longer necessary since 2010 as CipSoft rule enforcement tools rendered them somehow redundant. They turned into senators and senior tutors, roles which do not encompass the same degree of responsibility or power.

A lot of GM with the past of time, used their power, friends and position to get some advantage in game to him or his friends, so to many people get angry with Cipsoft by it, thats the end.

There are some GM on game, but are employes of Cipsoft, not regular players.
