Is training speed with an exercise wand also doubled during double skill/exp weekend?

If I use training/exercise wand during double skill/exp weekend, will my mlvl grow 2x faster? Or its doesn't work that way?

Yes, the training speed with exercise/training weapon is also doubled during double skill/experience weekend event. The same goes to offline training.

Yes double XP/skill weekends will affect the progress gained through exercise weapons.

Yes, you will gain double skills on the same time. The wand will last as much as before double, but the winnings in the skills will increase faster (double). I also suggest you to, if possible, use a training dummy (private), so  the increasing  rate will be not only 10%, but 20% because of the dummy, as following:

no double, no dummy: 100%

no double, with  dummy: 110%

with double, no dummy: 200%

with double, with dummy: 220%
