How to travel in Tibia?

Hey, i am kind of new to game and struggling with travelling from places to places.
watch some videos > find hunting places > check where is it from map > its on some island > i go ship ask for there and captain says no.
Andd i am stuck dont know where to go dont know what to do...

Is there any guides or tips to travel around the Tibia world?

only ways i know is regular ships, steamship and magic carpet

A good tip is starting your boat travels either from Thais or Venore - Both boat NPCs got a lot of towns available.

I know that but there are places you cant access with any boat :/
