What is the best route/strategy to finish all bestiary entries from the inferniarch creatures?

For someone/team who is going to the spawn for the first time and wants to finish the bestiary as efficiently as possible, is there a map of where you have the best route to go around to kill the creatures evenly (where to pull from, where to make the box, etc)? “Efficient” in terms of “even" kills/time and not so much in terms of exp or profit.
