What is this location -1 to the left of Dworc/Hunter Camp in Port Hope?

While searching for fiendish I came across a strange cave that I don't have discovered on the map and I have no idea how to get to it, I suspect that it is part of some quest but I asked a few friends no one could tell how to get to this place. Inside was a monster "easy" so I suspect that inside are dworcs. Both yellow squares indicate that they are the exit to the surface "Port Hope Surroudings", it is possible that the cave on the right is somehow connected because in it the yellow square says "trapwood" so the place with dworcs. Does anyone know this place and how to get to it? I am attaching a link to tibiamaps
