If I want to get from Grade I to Grade II and use it, what are the total accumulated requirements?
requirements such as:
What kind of gems do I need to reveal to make this available? Lets assume I get extremely lucky first try.

What level do I have to be to select it on the wheel?

How many other "Enhance mod grade" actions do I have to do before this one can work?

How many lesser/greater fragments do I need total?

How much gold total?
