How to fix Tibia when its stuck on "working" while downloading?

i installed tibia in my laptop (windows 7 32 bits) but, when I try to enter to the game (download the resources for the first time running) the game is stuck on "Working" and doesn't do anything. Help me please!

Are you trying the legacy client? Tibia just moved to 64 bit so you need to use the legacy client.

I will say from experience it did not work for me and had to jump through so many hoops like the MSVCP and 0x…. Error code.

After upgrading to W10 64 bit, I had an issue updating the client on its own but I untick the default client so the launch screen pops up and left it alone to get past that “working” screen you had.
