Does Marzipan Carrot have any known uses?

On the surface of Candia you can dig Marzipan Carrots. They are not edible but have "use with" functionality.
What is their purpose?

Yes. You can feed with Marzipan Carrots the NPC A Taffy Bunny in Candia. Use them on the trough that is close to the bunny:
