What is "Taiyaki" and how to make/obtain this?

Taiyaki is a fish from new update and looks like this  what it is? and how can I obtain/make it?

It's a food. It can be caught in the milk and cocoa lakes of Candia. Use Yummy Gummy Worms or Gummy Rotworms as bait to fish it.
