What is the minimum level required to hunt in areas where the Monster Reference Level is active?

With today's server save, changes have been implemented to the Monster Reference Level, which was originally introduced with the summer update 2023 to make the Rotten Blood hunting ground more difficult for characters under a certain level cap. The lower the level below the cap, the more damage the character takes.

In addition to Rotten Blood, the Monster Reference Level is currently active for the bulltaurs and Nimmersatt.

I would like to know the minimum level to be able to hunt in each of these areas, without the risk of taking extra damage from this mechanic.

Although it would be very useful for players to know the Monster Reference Level, Cipsoft decided to keep it hidden, probably with the intention that players discover this limit for themselves.

We know so far this mechanic is active only at the Rotten Blood grounds, Bulltaurs and Nimmersatt.

oh I see, in that case the answer would be somewhat ambiguous since there won't be a precise answer to answer a "minimum level" but let's hope that there are players with enough experience to be able to obtain a range of appropriate levels, cheers.
