What items have high seasonal fluctuations in market price?

During many world events, some items have huge spikes in price. For instance, tarantula eggs and goblin ears for a whole year are traded at price bounded by Yasir's. Except for a week in June (Bewitched), when people are paying 10 to 100x this price.

Similarly, the demand for Tentacle Pieces exists only during Devovorga's Essence mini world change.

What are all the items, that have such a huge seasonal variation in prices?

Hey hello, the price of these items is usually event-driven. For example in August during the "Hot Quisine Quest" event, you can find items like the "sandcrawler shells" especially expensive, I have seen them at 30k in August. Also the chocolate bar, Northern Pike, peanuts...

In June also during the "Bewitched" event where you have to deliver creature products there are some that go up a lot in price.

This is because they are difficult to obtain or are obtained from monsters that people do not farm,  and even if they are items that are not useful for anything they are useful for the events.

The rest of the year the price of these items goes down.
