Can you set up hotkeys to equip might ring/stone skin amulet but not take it off?

Is there any way to set hotkey to trigger equipping stone skin/might ring, but not take it off? For rings with time duration (like time ring) it's possible to turn off smart mode, so you won't take it off if you press it twice, but for might rings and stone skin this option is not available, so I was thinking if there is another way.

Not possible, i guess its obvious why - you could just spam the hotkey and wear it permanently
