Can event creatures appear naturally in Prey?

Question

Can the Bellicos Orger, Cow and Pork from the Orcsoberfest event appear naturally if I use the free roll I get every day in the prey cards? I've done a lot of runs since I came back to the game, but I've never seen them come up "randomly", I know well that they can be selected if I use 5 cards, but I would like to know if it is possible for them to appear randomly or not, and if the answer is no, why?

The same applies to other creatures, such as the Winter Solstice where the rabbits that give the bunnyslippers appear.

There will not be any bosses or event monsters in such monster lists, and neither will there be any monsters listed that do not yield any experience points.

The creatures you listed are event creatures and cant appear naturally in the prey list. The reason being I believe is because imagine if the event wasn't active it's like a wasted prey creature.
