What's the most efficient lap for the Destroy The Hive Crystals task?

As the question states, what is the most efficient lap for completing the "Destroy The Hive Crystals task" taking into consideration where to enter the upper floors, where the spidris are located, and which 5 hive crystals to use the aggressive fluid on.

I dont know the perfect lap but i can say that you can take a few Reagent Flasks so you don't have to wait to break a crystal before obtaining another fluid. I started this task a long time ago and I didn't finish it due to laziness hehehe
