What's the most efficient way to farm Seeds, except for Dryad raids?

It's finally June and the Flower Month event has started again.

I want to continue working on the Green Thumb achievement which I never finished last year, but I have no Seeds which are required for this.

The Seeds on the market on the server I play on are crazy expensive, so I wonder what the most efficient way to farm these Seeds is?

I know that Dryadsdrop Seeds, but aside from the Dryad raids, what is the fastest way to gain some Seeds for the achievement?

The best option would probably be either Crazed Summer Vanguard with an 8%~ drop rate or Blightwalker with a 4%~. Also, depending on your level/vocation you may want to try Marid at 2.5%~ or Jagged Earth Elemental at 2%~. There are a few other options you can find at the links below but the drop rates are quite low or the creatures aren't great to hunt efficiently.

I know thats not your question but, you can work on that achievement even with a single flower pot as you can let it dry and take it to the full stage several times. What I do is leave a few on a backpack inside my room and water only the dry ones. Just don't let it die and eventually you will manage to get the achievement.
