What npcs have blue trousers, red shoes and eat rolls with ham?

Hello guys!

I can understand this question is very random but i have an idea about this,
recently i found this book:

Library Key (Book)

In this book we have this sentence

Unfortunately the door is closed, but somehow i have to get in. I searched around, but everyone I met claimed he hasn't got the key... I believe this guy with the red shoes and the blue trousers, who eats rolls with ham all day long, has it.

I want to investigate about it, but i didnt remember any NPC with this outfit!

That's not an NPC you meet very often. It's Hagor, an old hunter who explores the Jakundaf Desert.

Well, you don't need to give him a ham. Apparently he has his own and needs just a fresh roll.

How do I know? Because that's part of an ages long quest. Even when I started playing, everybody was skipping the Jakundaf Desert Quest maze and just went straight for a sweet 10k.

The book you mention is a Morrin's diary, found next to his body under the desert. Hagor mentions he made a deal for the key with Morrin once, and can make the same deal once again.
