Where EXACTLY spawn Dreadful Disruptor?

Hello,

I read many articles about Dreadful Disruptor and Burster and people always mark exactly sqm where Burster can spawn but I haven't see any information like this about Dreadful Disruptor.

So my question is, where exactly does he spawn? Which sqm? 

I would like to add that on maps from tibia maps there is signed mark with exact sqm but it's not possible (I guess) because monster that spawn on this sqm is  Stabilizing Dread Intruder.

I'm wondering if anyone can confirm that sqm or say the other one which is correct. Thanks

The coordinates you shared are correct.

Dreadful Disruptor, just like Burster and Mahatheb, is a boss that shares respawn with another creature, so it's common you'll find another creature instead of the boss itself.

In order to force a spawn you need to keep on killing the stabilizing dread intruder until a Dreadful Disruptor spawn instead.
