Is there anything in the game that applies intense hex to players?

Question

There are three times of hexes in Tibia:

• Lesser hex: applied by Sir Baeloc, Sir Nictros and Lord Azaram
• Intense hex
• Greater hex: applied by King Zelos and by entering The Pale Worm's room

Even though we have an icon and brief details on intense hex, it seems to be unknown what applies this condition to players. Is that actually the case?

You can get Hexed only by this bosses:

• Sir Baeloc -> Lesser Hex
• Sir Nictros -> Lesser Hex
• Lord Azaram -> Lesser Hex
• The Monster -> Lesser Hex
• King Zeloz -> Intense Hex and increasing meanwhile you are fighting with him to Greater Hex
  • NOTE: You have like 23-24 min since you pull the lever to defeat him, if you don't defeat him on this time, Greater Hex appear. 
• The Pale Worm -> Greater Hex (u can remove with the Soulforged Lantern)

This is only you can get Hexed.
