Can you enter a Soul War boss with a different number of taints from your team mates?

Can I kill one boss if I have 3 taints and my team mates have just 1 or 0 taints? Also, can I try to kill Megalomania with full taints (to complete the quest) while others have 0 taints? (but they have already completed the quest at least once)

Yes, you can do a party with different members and everyone with different number of taints.

For a party, the member with the lowest number of taints will be the reference for Goshnar's tribute and determines the boost for the whole party.

Yes, the only one is the last one Megalomania.

Differently than Gnomprona, you can enter in a party and hunt with different number of taints. The taints will only have effect on the person that have them.

For Megalomania (last boss), the whole party need to have 5 taints to kill it.
