Does the Wealth Duplex which doubles the loot for every regular monster also works with Soul War creatures?

I was wondering what goes under "regular" monster- does the monsters from Sour War grounds also included into that category, and if yes- will it increase drop of Bag You Desire?

Wealth Duplex affects only the regular loot system. Since Bags You Desire are dropped via the Cooperative Loot System (inside the Reward Container), they are not affected by it.

thank you for your comments so far I will try to clarify the double loot weekend again. 
A monster can drop different sets of loot. For example, if you kill an orc, it drops 2 gold coins (loot-set 1). The next orc you kill drops 4 gold coins and meat (loot-set 2) and the third orc you kill drops nothing (loot-set 3).
During the double loot weekend you have a 100% chance that one orc does not only drop one set but two sets of loot.

The double loot applies to all monsters including bosses (like Diblis the Fair, for example) except those that have a cooperative loot system (Forgotten Knowledge bosses etc.). ²
