Is there any cooldown between killing Lord of Elements? And how looks his statue?

Hello, we are planning with team to make bosstiary for lord of the elements and some people say it's 10 min cooldown between we could kill another one, some people say it's no cooldown. Anyone maybe know if there's cooldown?

Also how looks his statue if he changes his form between 4 massive elementals?

This question (how a boss appears in the podium) was asked for other bosses and the answers was always that he looks the same as in Boostiary. In this case, he should look like a Hellfire Fighter.
