Is there are context where it makes sense to use this wand?

What's the point of the perfect shot +65 for a mage?

It seems to me that unless you really care about the 4% energy protection, the Falcon Wand is a much better and cheaper option.

Perfect Shot

The Perfect Shoot cause bonus damage when a range attack damages an enemy at the specified range. This doesn't apply for spells, runes, or charms, and the damage will be added at the end. Hence, it does not benefit from character level, distance fighting, etc. The perfect shot bonus only affects the main target for explosion or burst arrows.

At least to me the most ''useful'' part of Eldritch Wand with the Perfect Shot is on Bosses, specil one bosses where get traped like Timira the Many-Headed so you dont need move and can use that bonus every turn you hit.

Yes, in short words is useless.

If I understood correctly the bonus is simply +65 added to the damage of the wand, since it doesn’t apply to runes or spells. Is that it? If that’s the case it seems pretty useless to me.
