What happens with the 10% bid reservation if I lose a Character Auction on Char Bazaar? Will it go back on my account or is it lost forever?

im curious if that person refer exactly to that or to the ammount that you get debt when you make a bid but not win it

The 10% fee is only reserved while your bid is the highest one. If you're outbid you immediately receive the fee back.

Of course, if you win the auction but do not pay the full price, you'll then lose the fee, since that's exactly what it was created for.
