Is it possible to get the full Insectoid Outfit with the hive at stage 1?

The hive is constantly at stage 1 on my server, there are barely any actions going on against the hive. Is it somehow still possible to receive the outfit and/or progress with other tasks like Kollos killing in that situation? Other than doing all 200 task points myself :)

PS. does your server still advances into the hive sometimes?

I'm afraid it's impossible. 

Of course, you can very slowly make a progress in Kollos killing for example on The Hive Outpost during mwc west from Liberty Bay, but I'm pretty sure it is much easier to make 2x 200 points solo and take advantage from the 3^rd stage on The Hive (the real one).

To collect points for the outfit you can use 100x shining Dung Balls from bosses - for example, transferred from the other server. BUT! To get an outfit you have to take it from the chitin rubbish on the highest level on the west structure. Moreover, it is behind the green curtain. It means you need 3^rd stage.

To answer your PS.: sure, it really depends on how populated is your server and how many low levels and The Hive freaks are there. On Bona it is pretty often active, especially when 1 player makes some tasks, then others easily join the fun.
