Why does this message appear when killing a scarab or scorpion on top of Lion's Rock?

Someone has already killed a scarab or scorpion that spawns on top of lion rock and a message appeared in orange, saying something about the pharaoh's curse. 

They spawn in the same place where you use the statue to access the werelion hunt.

if you mean the message about horestis curse, it has nothing to do with the location, is part of the horestis world change, is a mechanism that appear when one of the 3 stages of such World Change is happening, yet im unsure of in which stage this happen, what i know is that doesn't matter where you kill such scarabs, as long as u kill them on darama (darashia/ank) they have a chance to spawn an scorpion and such orange message appear. ( yet i have no proofs rn so i would leave it as a comment)

This has nothing to do with Lion's Rock nor any other place. This message appears upon killing scarab while The Mummy's Curse World Change is active.

The text that is shown on the screenshot you posted however, means that you've picked the orange flower that spawns on the ground exactly in Lion's Rock.
