I love to watch speed runs and the most common bug, that almost all games have in common, be it in 2D or 3D, is a bug that let the player pass through walls to enter in some room without the necessary requirements (like defeating a boss or getting a key). Did Tibia have this kind of bug or something similar in the past? If so, where was it exploited?

I'm asking specifically about bugs that allowed people to abuse the bug consistently, in different places. For example, in the "25 Years of Tibia Quest", there were a few ladders bugged that led people to be stuck in unreachable places, I'm not so interested in this kind of bug, but the ones that a player would be able to enter in unreachable places to find interesting things (for example, a throne room with empty chests).

Yes, apparently there are some reports of times when players would walk through walls. This information is seen in my source Tibia History: Antica - The Ancient Years at around timestamp: 46:20 onward a player on Antica named Galadriel went to a place called the Demon Room and "wall-walked" or walked through walls to obtain rare items. I'm sure this wasn't the first time a situation happened like this as you mentioned, it's seen in games. But I haven't heard of anything like this recently thank goodness.
