I can suggest how you can make around 1kk in a 2hr hunt.
Just as much as I could suggest you can make some money by making runes and selling them on the market.

Please, define what you consider little effort as possible.

Do not forget there is no easy way of ' making money ' in Tibia, just like in real life...

Little effort  ,on Library on Ice book zone if you are ED you can get 1-2kk per hour just throwing gfbs to the bitting books.

Wildgrowth to block the pass , and then just gfb on bitting books

After kill ewnew the firebombs so bitting books will run and will help you to kill easier.

This is easy way with no effort to get much money in 1 day, just need to buy gfbs , wildgrowth and firebombs, if you wanna learn more there are videos on youtube , I leave 1 example:

Farming imbuement items based on the price of them on your server is one of probably many ways to earn good profit, depending on level and vocation of your character. Without that information is kinda hard to answer your question.

Nomads drop rope belts (Imbuement item for mana leech) which sell for around 3.1k gp on the server which I play.

Amazons drop protective charms (imbuement items for critical hit) which sell for around 2.3k gp on the server which I play.

if you are low level (any vocation) farming these items are going to be the most profitable, these in my opinion will earn you the most gold.

Little effort as possible? do you mean like not hunting much or not hunting at all?

You can do venore tasks and outlaw camp task (if you get lucky you get 1~2kk)

You can try to get taming items like diapason (it takes a week to do it) or trying to dig a leech (you can only dig one for week)

There are other types of tasks but thats all I know that a low lvl can do
