How can i get Exalted Core?

Exalted Corewas added in the winter update. I found this item in the recent update list here on one of the fansite, but I don't know what this item is for, and how I can get it.

You get 1 Exalted Core by converting 50 slivers on Exaltation Forge. Then you can use Exalted Cores to improve your chances of success and/or reducing the chances of a tier loss on Exaltation Forge.

Yes, you can sell Slivers and Exalted Cores on market, only Dusts aren't tradable.
