Can you remove an active imbuement from an item?

If my item has been imbued and it's active, is there any way to remove that imbuement? Do I have to wait until the imbuement runs out of the time or is there some way to remove/replace it?

Yes, you can remove imbuements at Imbuing Shrine for a fee of 15K/imbuement.

didn't know about that! Free accounts can remove the imbuement by paying this same fee, or is it a feature only available for premium account?
