A rare item and according to tibia fandom "In the past, it was a single spawn in the swamp of Venore." Where exactly was the amulet found?

A very interesting question. Maybe they still appears there from time to time, but very rarely?

I don't believe that's true because new worlds or worlds after the spawn seemed to be removed never had this necklace until world transfers existed.

Hello,

This information is a bit difficult to get, since it's about an item that was, supposedly, common in the remote times of tibia, but there's not too much that remains from that time for us to search for. But we can give a look on a few things too.

First, the Bronze Necklace was added to tibia in 1999, after the 5.0 Beta update (1), which means that the item came before Venore itself was added into the game (2). Also, there's no information whatsoever about this spawn in venore's swamps on the wikis, but here's one interesting fact: the Brazilian Tibia Wiki (official fansite) used to have the same information about this spawn a long time ago - precisely, 16th august 2012 (3) checked on wayback machine -, where it mentioned the same thing as the English Tibia Wiki does right now. But if we look at the website today (4), we can see that the information has been removed. Why? Could it have been lack of reliable sources? Probably.

Second, if we check the page on the bronze necklace from Tibia Wiki, both the brazilian and the english one, it's mentioned that one Bronze Necklace was awarded to the player placed second in the Tibian Ball League, from 2003. Well, if we check the other rewards we can see that both the Elven Wand and the Silver Necklace were also given as rewards by Cipsoft itself, which were probably really cool items back then - did they carry the same importance as the Bronze Necklace? Possibly. But the thing is, if it was awarded as a reward from this league, it can only mean that by 2003 the spawn was already removed or it was a very rare spawn (just like the mana fluid from the Hat of the Mad Quest room), not a daily one. The old Tibia Wikia (5), mentions the same thing about this spawn, but one thing is noticeable, they didn't know the exact same date of the Tibian Ball League, by the way they put it, (In 2003 or 2004), which leaves it as vague as the information about the spawn.

And third, this is not exactly a super reliable source of information, but still an interesting fact. There's one OtServer project called "Fossils" which is made to recreate the old tibia exactly as it was back then, with very few differences. The thing is, there's one spawn of the Bronze Amulet that's actually in Fibula (6) and not Venore, since the city didn't even exist back then yet. So, could it be that the original spawn was in Fibula and not Venore? Who can tell, those are the only facts that I could find, I hope it instigates someone else's curiosity who can go deeper and bring new infos.
