Who are the oldest NPCs and families alive from Carlin?

So, on my way to understand who is the "most peculiar person" in Carlin, I was trying to talk with some NPC about such matter, unsuccessfully walked around Carlin looking for an NPC old enough or who at least had a family who could know about Galthen and the person on that time, that bring me here to ask:

Who are the known oldest families/npc alive from Carlin? Maybe some of those alive NPCs live on other cities now, or maybe are hidden in Carlin, but there should be a timeline over there about such families.
