What is the mechanic to get another Dream Nebuliser during the "Ancient Dreams" mission of the Roshamuul Quest?

During this mission you retrieve a Dream Nebuliser from the box. I was wondering how to get another.

Is it purely time based and if so how long does it take?
Can you get as many as you want whether you have the mission or not? Or do you have to complete the mission to get another?

For sure you don't need ask npc for mission to pick up this Dream Nebuliser, and you don't need to finish the mission to take another one. About time I won't tell you because I'm not sure. Safe answer would be 20/24h but might be quicker. :D I always made 1 run per day to pick some decoration items from missions so for me it was always 24h >.<

I was able to verify this myself and get some added information from Skejcior.

There is a 3 hour cooldown before you can collect another Dream Nebuliser from the box. You do not need to be on the "Ancient Dreams" mission to collect a Dream Nebuliser from the box.
