How long before I can repeat the "Face Your Fears" mission of the Roshamuul Quest?

I recently turned in this mission but was unable to take it again right away. The NPC stated that enough had been killed for now. How long do I have to wait before I can start the mission again?

I have been able to verify this myself that it is 3 hours to repeat the mission.
