Does using Ethereal Spear (exori con) raise my distance fighting?

As a paladin, I know that using exori con costs mana and does physical damage... Does using this damage allow me to increase my distance fighting?

No, using mana in each magic regardless of whether it is physical or magic, that will increase your magic level, however your bow or crossbow blows will increase your distance.
