What happens with Guildhalls after sale/transfer which is accepted and then the Guild is being disbanded?

Hi people,

we have a guildhall - bought from another player who found a guild just to buy it. Now we came to the idea to merge the guilds together (they join us). The guild-hall is already transfered / sold to us and the transfer is accepted.

The leader of the guild has afterwards left/disbanded the guild.

What happens with the guildhall, will the transfer still work?
As it's accepted it should be safe or?

The transfer would be effective after the next server save only if the guild has not been disbanded. If you disbanded the guild before the transfer was successful the Guild House will be set for auction again. This you can check if you go to the transfer guildhouse window in Cyclopedia, they even make you tick a box.
