What is the minimum cost to set up and maintain a Guild along with a Guild Hall banked by one person only?

Let's say (hypothetically) that I am a rich person and I want to have a Guild and a Guildhall for my personal leisure. But I don't really want to share it or maybe I can't find any friend to invite to my guild... I only got myself, extra accounts and my bank account.

What should I do in order to set up a guild for myself if I am willing to create or use new accounts to fulfill the minimum requirements of members? What would be the costs of premium time and other fees included to set up and maintain a guild of "one person"? You  can post the costs in Tibia Coins or in in-game Gold Coins.

(Guildhall price may vary but if there is some information on how much do I need to actually own and maintain a Guildhall by myself, it would be a good information. Notes about other costs that might appear on some servers if it is a server with a dominant guild asking for fees or authorizations are welcome).

Hello! 

You'll need at least 5 accounts with premium time (1 leader + 4 vice-leaders), so it'll be 1250 TC + the costs of the GH.

The costs of the GH vary from 250k to 5kk (but almost all are 250k to 1kk). 

So, to sum up, you'll need 1250 TC + 1kk/month, in average
